Expected Alert Behaviour & Managing Alerts
Overview
With AVERio alerts enabled, and with push notifications enabled on your device, the AVERio mobile app will raise an alert once the specific alert criteria is met for each sensor/device.
Be Aware: The system only raises ONE alert per rule at any one time. This means if there is a pending alert that has not yet been actioned, subsequent alerts for the specific rule will not be raised.
To action an alert in the mobile app:
1. Tap the alert list from the main screen or use the app menu to to navigate to Alerts
2. You will be presented with a list of alerts. Tap the pink "Action" button.
3. The details of the specific alert will be shown on screen. Tap the "Acknowledge" button.
4. The alert has now been actioned/acknowledged.
Note: When an alert has been raised, it is highly recommended that you make contact with the person to ensure they're OK and not in need of further assistance
