How do I Activate My Device?
vie Watch and vie Pendant
Before your device can be used, it must be activated.
This process only takes a couple of minutes and is straight forward.
1. Charge the Device
It's a good idea to charge the device for 2 hours before activation. This ensures the device will be ready to use after activation.
2. Obtain the 4 Digit Device Identifier
On the white outer box is a label containing the device identifier. This is the word "averions" followed by 4 numbers. The 4 numbers are the device identifier. This is also attached to the device itself on a label / tag.
If you no longer have the label/tag or outer packaging, the device identifier can be found:
The last 4 digits of the long number printed on the back of the device (vie watch)
The 4 digits printed on the label on the back of the device (vie pendant)
If you cannot find your device identifier - contact our support team at support@averio.co.uk
