How do I add an extra app user?

If you'd like to request additional users for the My AVERio app, please send a request to support@averio.co.uk and include the following information:

their first and last name
their email address

if you'd like the user to be able to call the device from our mobile app, please include their mobile phone number to allow us to enable a whitelist rule on the device.
