How do I cancel my AVERio subscription?
Firstly, if you're experiencing issues with your device, please allow us the opportunity to support you and remedy any problems. Most issues experienced by users can be solved by our friendly support team.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please note the following:
If you're within 30 days of purchase
Please first return your item. If purchased via Amazon, when the return has been initiated, please take note of the returns number.
Complete the cancellation request form here. Include your returns number. Note - this request must be sent to us before your first billing date. Any requests received after this date, will be processed before your next billing date.
If you're outside 30 days of purchase
Complete the cancellation request form here. If you havn't raised any prior issues, please allow our support teams an opportunity to resolve any issue you're experiencing.
Once your cancellation is completed, your recurring billing will be ceased and no further charges will be applied.
Note - we cannot refund any payments if the cancellation request was received after monies have been debited.
