How do I change the fall sensitivity?
If you're experiencing a high volume of false fall alerts, it is possible for the sensitivity to be changed by the AVERio support team. The following options are available:
1. HIGH sensitivity. Suitable for users with low mobility.
2. MEDIUM sensitivity. Enabled by default.
3. LOW sensitivity. Suitable for more active users
4. Auto phone calls OFF (mobile push notifications remain ON)
5. Disabled. All alerting in relation to falls is disabled.
