How do I invite an additional user?

Inviting additional users to the AVERio mobile app


Note: This is only applicable to the "AVERio" mobile app released in February 2025. This process does not work for the legacy "My AVERio" app

Primary users can invite additional family members & friends to use the AVERio app. This means that everyone can benefit from being able to see device and activity information for the wearer. Note - only Primary Account holders have the ability to invite users. If you are unsure if you're a primary account holder you can check by tapping the menu icon (top left) then select the cog (settings) icon. Your account type will be listed in orange at the top of the screen. 

Invite A User
1. Tap the menu icon (top left)
2. Tap the cog (settings) icon
3. Scroll down to the "Invite Additional Users" section and tap "Invite a User"
4. Complete the short form ensuring the recipient's email is correct.
5. Tap "Invite User"

Signing Up as an Invitee
1. Once invited, the recipient will receive an email from AVERio with information on how to download the app. 
2. They then need to sign Up with a new account ensuring to use the same email address that you used to invite them.
3. Once registered, we'll send them an email containing a link to verify their email address. This must be clicked before users can login. 
4. Your invited user can now login and access information about the wearer of the device. 

Note: For security purposes, invite links expire after 48 hours.
