I'm not receiving push notification alerts
If you're not receiving push notification alerts when a device alert is raised, please check the following:
1. Is there 1 or more alert already outstanding? It's important to ensure old alerts have been acknowledged for new alerts to be raised. Click here to find out out how to manage alerts in the My AVERio mobile app.
2. Check you have push notifications enabled for the My AVERio mobile app. This will vary depending on your device, but can usually be found within notification settings on your Android/iPhone device.
3. Check your do not disturb settings. If you have a focus mode enabled on your device, ensure notifications have been enabled for the My AVERio mobile app.
4. Do not share logins. When we send push notifications, we target your specific phone based on a unique token. If your login is shared, the token may become invalid. If you require additional logins for family or friends, contact us - it's free.
