Password Reset

1. To reset your AVERio password, visit the login page for your environment and select the "Forgot your password" link:

2. Add your username into the field and select "email password reset link". If you've forgotten your username, it will be necessary to raise a support ticket. 

3. The system will advise that if the username you entered is valid, a password recovery email will be sent. Note - reset links only remain valid for 60 minutes:

4. Once the email has been received, click the "Reset Password" link:

5. Enter your new password in the two boxes and select "reset password". For security purposes, passwords must contain at least 1 capital letter and 1 number. A pop-up error will display if this criteria is not met:
