Managing Medical Conditions

Medical Conditions

Service users can have 1 or more medical conditions listed against their account. To add a medical condition from the preconfigured available list:


1. Select "Edit Record" from within the Service User screen:


2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Add Medical Condition":


3. Choose one of the available conditions from the pick list:


4. Click "Save" at the top of the page to finish:


5. If a medical condition no longer needs to be associated with the service user, this can be removed by first editing the record, then selecting the trash icon against the relevant medical condition. The record must then be saved:


6. There is no limit to the number of medical conditions that can be added to a service user. 


Note: The list of available medical conditions is defined when the company is created. Should you require additional options in this list, please raise a support ticket.
