Overview
The service user list allows you to view the list of current/past/future service users within your organisation.
Viewing Service User List
- To access the list of service users, login to AVERio and select "Service Users" across the top navigation pane:
- By default, the system will display a list of all active service users. Use the filter at the top to toggle between the following Status types (statuses are explained at the bottom of this knowledge base article):
- Active
- Away
- Not Yet Started
- Ended
- All - The list of services users contains the following columns:
- Full Name (name of the service user)
- Room (assigned room name/number)
- Status (service user current status)
- Links (links to service user details and service user activity overview) - To view the service user details, click the first icon under the "Links" section. This will take you to the service user details page:
- To view the sensor activity data for the service user, click the second icon under the "Links" section. This will take you to the activity overview screen:
Service User Status Types/Filters
There are 5 options available to view when filtering service users from the main portal screen. These are explained below:
Active | Service user is active and is not listed as away. |
Away | Service user is listed as Away. When listed as away, any configured alerts will not be raised, even if they are enabled. |
Not Yet Started | Service user has a start date in the future |
Ended | Service user has an end date which has already passed |
All | All service users shown |
