Overview
Service user activity provides an overview of recent activity by sensor type, alert history and 7 day trend analysis.
Accessing Service User Activity
There are two ways to access service user:
1. From within the service user list, select the pie chart icon from within the "Links" section:
2. Click any Activity Tile from the main dashboard:
Activity Overview
The activity overview shows the most recent activity for each sensor type. From here you can also see the sensor's location, battery level and link quality. Any battery level or link quality levels below 10% will highlight in red.
Below the Activity Overview is an activity heat map for the service users. This shows the total number of sensor activations per device throughout the day and can be useful to spot periods where the service user is sedentary or highly active:
Device History
Beneath the "Activity Overview" heat map there's a section entitled "Device History". This section by default shows the last 10 activities recorded by devices. Users are able to select any date from the date picker to look at the history of a device. There is a pick list to allow the user to select a specific device to view.
At the bottom of the screen there is the option to browse the the pages of results and alter the number of records per page.
Alerts
The alerts tab shows any actioned alert within the last 24 hours. An actioned alert is any alert that has been either dismissed or had a comment saved against it. This screen has a date picker, allowing the user to review alerts for any given date. Use the calendar icon to select a date and choose "search":
Historic alerts contain information about why the alert was raised (the Remark), the comment that was made by the user actioning the alert. The date/time the alert was actioned, whether or not a member of staff attended the service user to provide assistance, and the user who actioned the alert:
Alerts Rules
The toggle icon next to the calendar enables the alert rules screen. This is where alert criteria can be tailored for each sensor for the service user. For full details on alerts configuration, visit the Alerts Configuration article here.
First & Last Activity
This screen provides a quick view into the activity mix & volume for each sensor yesterday morning (before 10am) and for yesterday evening (after 7pm):
Quick Insights
With quick insights its possible to view the trend of activity volume over the previous 7 days, along with the mix of sensors making up that activity:
